GENERAL CONDITIONS


1. Scope

These general conditions refer to regulate the transactions made in the monos.pt online store.

By using this website the customer, hereinafter referred to as "user", declares to know the general conditions of purchase, sale and use of the site.

Monos.pt may change the general conditions without prior notice, so it is advisable to consult with them regularly.


2. Order

To place orders on the monos.pt site, users must be registered, always providing true and updated information.

The process of purchasing an item starts by adding it to the cart and is completed by the checkout button in the cart (upper right corner).


3. Submission of Articles

All articles in very good state of preservation or that are as new, may be represented by photographs of the manufacturer.

In cases where the article has signs of use real photographs are presented.


4. Prices

All prices are in Euros and do not include delivery charges.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the user and are paid at the time of order completion.

The monos.pt may change the price of the articles without prior notice so that it may differ at different times of consultation.

Items stored in the "Basket" to "buy later" will be charged according to the price at the time of purchase, not the price recorded at the time of insertion of the item in the "Basket".


5. Payment Methods

The secure payment methods available are through Paypal or cash when delivered on hand.

To make payments on the site monos.pt just open an account at www.paypal.com, to which the user must associate a credit card or MBNET created for this purpose.

Note: PayPal also allows direct payments with Credit Card without having to open an account.


6. Shipping Orders

The items purchased in the online store are delivered via CTT only in Portuguese territory.

The deadline and place of delivery are the responsibility of CTT.


7. Terms of Sale

All items in this online store have been rigorously tested and checked before they go on sale.

The purchase of an article implies, on the part of the user:

- recognition of its good working order;

- acceptance of its conservation status;

- taking responsibility for the preservation of the article so that it can be used safely;

- the acceptance that its contents may possibly be different from the one advertised on the product in its original packaging or in its technical leaflet.


No refunds are accepted for reasons other than performance failure covered by the manufacturer's warranty in cases where the item is still covered.
